Do you have a dream of your own? I know you do. So, are you
- Actively pursuing your dreams?
- Excited about your goals, dreams and purpose in life?
- Broadcasting your dreams to others and get them excited
about your goals?
Now if you are answering a resounding “Yes” to the above
questions, congratulations. You must be pretty happy moving
towards your goals, right?
However, if not, it is now a very good time to rethink your
goals.
I know there are people who get pretty excited about their
goals when they talk about them. However, when you ask them
about their progress to their goals, they hesitate in
answering you. Obviously, they have not taken any concrete
actions to making their dreams a reality.
To many people, the main reason for them not taking any
actions to fulfilling their desires is because of their firm
belief in the word “impossible”.
Are you also allowing the word “impossible” to get into your
way of success?
The fact is you are living in a world of possibility, not
impossibility. Can you imagine a world of impossibilities?
- Will you be living in the house that you are in now?
- Will you be able to read this article right now?
- Will you be able to travel to other parts of the world?
My point is pretty simple and straight forward. Every
inventions and progress in your society is backed up by one
very powerful belief, the belief in possibility!
Thus, rather than wasting time to come out with excuses to
why you can’t reach your goals, why not spend the time to
think of ways on how you can overcome or go around those
obstacles and achieve your goals.
I know some of your obstacles are pretty big and hard to
overcome. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot overcome or
go around them.
You do not need a PhD or a master degree in related fields
to solve all your problems. What you need is just persistent
and perseverance. Also, most importantly, you’ll have to
believe in yourself.
When I first saw this short clip, I am very shamed of
myself. Like many people, I, too, have been constantly
finding many excuses on why I cannot achieve my desires and
goals.
In life, it is not hard to find real, inspiring life
examples of people overcoming their difficulties to pursue
their deep desires.
To them, those difficulties are just opportunities in
disguise to help them grow, evolve and learn the necessary
skills to progress in their journey towards their goals.
To them, they recognize the fact that a goal which is easily
achieved without much hard work is not worth pursuing. After
all, the rewards you get is in direct proportion to the
amount of hard work you put in.
Thus, stop deluding yourself that you are incapable of
achieving your dreams. If you are capable of dreaming, you
are capable of achieving your dreams.
Stop thinking “impossible”. Think “I’m POSSIBLE“!!
